For decks:<\/strong>
\n1 screw pile footing per m2<\/sup>\u00a0for single beam layer and 1 screw pile footing per 1,5 m2<\/sup> for double beam layer.
\nIf you are mounting 1 or more of your bearers on the house wall, you can subtract about 0,5 footings per running meter of bearer.<\/p>\n

For sheds, annexes, shelters, granny flats, cottages and similar:<\/strong>
\n1 screw pile footing per 0,75 m2<\/sup>.<\/p>\n
